Anthony Howland-Rose (Tony) – Executive Chairman

Experience and expertise
Tony accepted the position of Executive Chairman of Gullewa Limited effective 2 December, 2010. Tony has 48 eight years experience in exploration, discovery, development and corporate activity worldwide in the junior exploration space. He has been involved in some dozen discoveries and, most recently, in the Avebury Nickel Project. Tony, as Executive Director of Allegiance Mining NL, together with David Deitz, presided over the discovery, drill out, financing and building of the Avebury Mine and processing facility. Allegiance Mining NL was subsequently subject to a successful hostile takeover for $850m.

David Deitz – Chief Executive Officer

Experience and expertise
Appointed to the Board in July, 1999. Mr Deitz, a Financial Accountant has had over eighteen years experience in the mineral exploration industry. Mr Deitz was a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Allegiance Mining NL which developed the $880 million Avebury Nickel Project in Zeehan, Tasmania.

Eddie Lee – Director

BE, BSc, DIP BDG SC

Experience and expertise
Appointed to the Board in October, 1999. Mr Lee has an extensive background in corporate management and is the Australian representative of several substantial Asian investment and corporate groups. He is a Director of Metroland Australia Limited and was also a Director of Allegiance Mining NL. Mr Lee has wide experience in the fields of civil engineering, finance, corporate management and mining.

David J Atkinson – Director

Experience and expertise
Appointed to the Board in October, 2002. Mr Atkinson has over 15 years experience in the IT industry. He has held many roles as a Director. He has extensive experience in the development of financial systems for government, advertising, property and telecommunications industries. Mr Atkinson was appointed company secretary on 15 April, 2008.

Graham Hurwitz – Company Secretary

Graham has accepted the position of  Company Secretary of Gullewa Limited.

Graham is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years experience in the areas of taxation, business services, business acquisitions and disposals. He is a Director of Hurwitz Geller Pty Ltd, a firm of Chartered Accountants. Prior to this he was the Chief Financial Officer at Allegiance Mining NL and a Director of an accountancy practice for over 20 years.
